9800 client onboarding every second

Wireless controller 9800 - 17.3.6

I'm having some intermittent issues with a few clients that appear to randomly drop connection.  After running extended ping test im seeing 6% packet loss to its server over our wireless network.  When checking DNAC logs nothing stands out as an issue except I see these client are onboarding less then every second.  There are no other devices on the wireless that are behaving in the same way.  Any ideas on what could be going on, can provide more details if needed.

  - Debug the particular clients according to : https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity
You can have client debugs (so called RadioActive Traces) analyzed with  : Wireless Debug Analyzer

Important : have a checkup of the 9800 controller configuration using the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output into :
                                                                                                                                     Wireless Config Analyzer

   - Follow up on overall client behavior using : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#anc5

 - Consider upgrading to  latest advisory release : 17.9.4a  + latest APSP

When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

And to add to that: make sure client OS and WiFi drivers are fully up to date.  For Intel refer to:
