hi Team,
Cisco 9800 WLC after 17.6.4 t0 17.6.5 upgrade access point not join wlc and not showing dashbopard

There is no simple answer sometimes, what have you don't so far that might help us, besides you just upgraded?
Console into one of the ap's and reboot it. See what is showing in the output. The output has information on why the ap is not joining. If you have other controllers on the network, make sure ap's did not join them. You always can revert back to the other code and see if the ap's join back.

what is reason of upgrade,. what AP Models ? have you checked the release notes before upgrade (is this TAC suggested to upgrade, or you hitting any bug to upgrade ?)
as mentioned connect to console AP and post complete boot log ?
is the WLC HA ?

Access point join again issue is mgmt ip address changed
Yes Cisco Tac suggest two reasons so we have upgraded
1 some access point random automatic reboot and join again
2 channel witdh we set 40mhz but showing only 20mgz
Acess points model 9120axid
can we upgrade in HA if yes then how to standby wlc ios upgrade if have any reference doc share in HA mode

here is WLC HA for reference to start with you to understand how HA works and roles.
Yes Cisco Tac suggests two reasons so we have upgraded
- then I go back to the same TAC case and report back saying after the upgrade of issues offer a fix.
Access point join again the issue is mgmt ip address changed
- not sure is this a solution or the issue was resolved after MGMT IP was configured correctly.

yes you can read the release notes or refer my HA guide has upgrade or patching and installation guide reference.
