I see the problem.

The WLC is configured for the USA and the AP has the Regulatory Domain of Europe ("-E").

Where is the country the WLC is installed (permanently) and what country is the AP meant to be installed in?

Post the complete output of the following commands:

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo;

2.  WLC:  sh time;

3.  AP:  sh version; and

4.  AP:  sh ip interface brief.

The screenshot shows a date stamp of 02 December 2016.  How old is the screenshot?

okay,

they are all in central Africa with GMT +2,

let me synchronize time zone for both AP and WLC and see the change.

Thank you!!

Leo
