Hey guys so we have around 8-10 cisco 9130AXI-G APs un our basement floor, they are wall mounted but the issue we are facing is that we are not able to connect to those APs on the basement floor, but are able to connect to those APs on ground and 1st floor.

And what, exactly, is the problem?

Users not being able to connect on basement APs while they are in basement floor.
We do get all signals on the basement floor.

So users in the basement floor claim they cannot see the SSID if they are in the basement floor. Is this correct?

No ssids are visible on basement floor bit we are not able to connect to it

Can users connect with OPEN SSID?
Do users get a valid IP address?
Please provide more info to "we are not able to connect to it"? What error message(s)?

Hi
When you say Wall Mounted, you mean, they are fixed on the wall not in the ceiling ?
When you try to connect on the basement and run a debug on the WLC, what messages you get?

Yes they are not mounted on ceiling, someone suggested to mount it on ceiling so would appreciate your input on that.
We haven’t tried debug on wlc, will try it too

If you mounted then in the way I think you did, you can share a phone if possible, then, it is really bad. We should never put an AP on the Wall like this.
AP must be placed on the ceiling up down. You need to imagine an AP like a bubble light.
Imagine that the AP propagate the signal
