I am not sure what you mean by the users that are connected. The users who already passed the authentication will continue communicating.

this what i was ask
How do we configure redundancy for the Cisco Secure Server? If it fails we still need to allow the users in.
How do we configure redundancy for the Cisco PIX? If it fails we still need to allow the users in.

Hi
Well, for the PIX, you need to have a redundant failover set up, which means that you need to purchase another PIX, but it is cheaper as it is acting in failover mode.
As for the ACS, one can either purchase another one of those, or one can manually configure an AP to act as a backup server, with manually managed usernames and passwords. I understand this is possible, but just have never done it.
Hope that helps
