I need to be able to automatically set or change the network authentication for many users. All clients are running ACU 6.3. Can this be scripted?

The access point is connected router.The access point can ping router.The client associated with the access point cannot ping the router.no traffic filtering is set.I test with another AP, I work well.anyone had this problem ?please help Thank you
