Hello, We have some AP3802 and WLC3504. After power outage some APs cannot be joining the WLC. Anyone can give some suggestions? Thank you

The below table is from "Table 7 Software Support for Access Point Modules" of the link. The first and second column is for AP and third column is for WLC version. Can I understand it like this: WLC version 8.2.110.0 is compatible with AP3800 series with all version?

How many AP? if you get a chance to connect the console to AP - check the boot process and post the logs here.
check from switch where it connected able to reach the WLC? from this switch any other AP able to join WLC ?

You sure you have a WLC 3504? that is 8.5 code and higher. Confirm in console the version running on AP's and version running on WLC and make sure they match. If they don't, maybe flash got messed up in power outage and you might have to manually load firmware on to AP's. Also are the AP's now joining after power issue all over or from one switch? Maybe you have a some other issues too? Usually for troubleshooting AP's it goes: 1) does it boot and get power without errors? 2) does the AP get an IP or can ping to the WLC? Does it have WLC as primary? 3) do they match code versions? 4) is there a cert issue or license limit issue?
