Hi All,

I have a problem about regulatory domain check.

The AP-1562D doesn't join to 5520 because of this error. When I checked from Wireless LAN Compliance Lookup, the AP is suitable for my country.

Do you have any idea? How can handle it ?

Regards.

 - Is the controller configured for the correct country code too and or does it include the AP country code ?

Yes, the controller configured correct code. How can I check AP country code ?

I got it now, the model is AIR-AP1562D-A-K9. Because of this (A). The ap can't join to our wlc.

Correct - you have bought an Americas AP (-A) which is not allowed to be used in Turkey which requires European (-E) regulatory domain APs.
