Last AP Disconnect Reason : Unknown failure reason

Hello Guys,

i have doubt , recently i faced issue Cisco 3702 model Wi-Fi access point continuously rebooted , i am checking logs on wlc , i found  Last AP Disconnect Reason  :  Unknown failure reason ,   can any one help to me .

Remote into the AP and post the complete output to the command "dir".

And also post the complete console log from the AP from power on (attach as a text file)

You should also read through all the field notices below and update your WLC software to the latest TAC recommended version because the answer to your problem is quite likely in there.
