air-ap1562i-e-k9 Ap not connecting with router

I want to use the Air-ap1562i-e-k9 access point in my office garden, I connected it to the router with Cat6 cable (with PoE Injector), when I turn it on (led is red for 5 seconds) and (blinking green for 1 minute) (green, red and yellow) turns) and at the end (flashes red). When I look at the user manual, it says that the reason for the green, red and yellow lights is the discovery/joining process. When I enter the router interface, I see that the mac address of the AP is written, but the ap does not broadcast any wireless. how can i solve the problem, do i need to make any settings on the router (i am a little inexperienced in this matter) thank you in advance.

Powering options

●  AC (with AIR-PWRADPT-RGD1=, AC/DC outdoor power adapter)
●  44–57 VDC input
●  Universal Power of Ethernet (Cisco UPoE+ and Cisco UPoE), 802.3at
●  Cisco power injectors:

AIR-PWRINJ-60RGD1= (outdoor rated, 60W, with NEMA 5-15 AC plug)

AIR-PWRINJ-60RGD2= (outdoor rated, 60W, unterminated AC cable)

AIR-PWRINJ6= (indoor, 802.3at)

Note: If 802.3at Power over Ethernet (PoE) is the source of power, the 1562I radios will shift from 3 x 3 to 2 x 2.

Power consumption

1562I            32 W (3x3:3, full power)

1562D/E       25 W

With low power it will boot up but all the radios will remain shutdown.  As Leo said you will need a minimum of 30W to operate the radios.  But I think you have another problem you have not considered.
This AP, by default, requires a Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) to work.  Do you have a WLC?
And if you do they often default to mesh (bridge) mode which require the AP MAC address to be added to the WLC before the AP can join.  So you'd probably want to change it to Local or Flex mode on the console. Either way you will need a console cable ...

If you don't have a WLC then you can convert the AP to Mobility Express mode which allows the AP to run a basic version of the controller and AP software at the same time.

You'll need to download the software for that from Cisco:

You may need a service contract with Cisco to download that software or you can ask the reseller that you purchased the AP from.

How much power does the injector provide?

Console into the AP and post the entire boot-up process.

PoE injector 48v 500mA.

I don't have the console cable

That equates to 24wac.  That is not enough to power up the AP.

A 1562i requires 39.0wac (full power) and it will still operate (low power) at 30.0wac.
