AIR-AP1852I-S-K9 suddenly doesn't want to power on using POE

My company is using device AIR-AP1852I-S-K9
installed since 2019, the device is continuously connected to the POE supply switch.
Currently the devices are out of warranty, and we are facing a situation where we can't power using POE, remove the device inside, I see that the board has burned IC
I asked the supplier, they said that the AP1852I series often had this error and needed warranty.

Please give me the solution?

Is the operating time of the equipment used continuously, so the device will burn the circuit?

No, just cheap components designed to only last a few years.

In the last 3 years, this forum has seen a rise of 1800 failures.  If the APs fail, RMA it while it is still possible (before End-of-Support date).

Yes, the AP is still covered under Cisco's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The AP can still be RMAed and does not require any maintenance contract.

HI @Do Tien Dung

As this device is without warrant, I would sugest you to try use a external power supply (not a POE injector) and check if the device boots and works fine. It could be a way to save it.

Edit: Ask for your vendor a power supply compatible with your AP, similar attached photo.
