AIR-AP2802E Problem Connection

We have a few device AIR-AP2802E which already install on office, a few of them sometimes problem like this : when someone already conecting to device, a connection on internet suddenly lost, and if some device want to connect to device, it's have DHCP Problem. For now a device must be restart for solving that problem. I try to capture and analys log device and i found some notice error like this :

Is that the correct time-and-date of the AP, 18 November 2022?

Yes, I Capture Log on that day

First:
What model of WLC?
What version of software is the WLC running?
How is the WLAN configured? open/WPA2/WPA enterprise, which other features enabled?
Does this happen to all clients or only some clients?
Have you run debug on the WLC for affected clients?
Do the affected clients have anything in common? eg same model of device or network adapter, same version of OS etc
Is the client firmware/OS/driver fully up to date?

We've WLC 5520 Series which running on 8.10.142.0 OS Version, WLAN configured using AAA method using portal and spme SSID using WPA2, some device having 2 or 3 SSID on distribution.
If problem happen, user cannot connect to every SSID. As i mention above for someone already conecting to device, a connection on internet suddenly lost, and if some device want to connect to device, it's can't be connected.
How to run debug on WLC ??
That problem is random, event a new device which have already instaled new OS and driver or older device is having same problem to connect.
FYI that problem happen after 2 years, if that proble related must be update new version IOS on WLC or AP, i still cannot understand why this happen after 2 years because there are not bugs related that.
