@Sbu I'm 99% sure you did not follow the steps I advised.
1. Convert the AP to CAPWAP mode.
2. Install the CAPWAP image (not the ME image)

Avoid 8.10.181.0 for now due to the bug mentioned in my signature - there'll be a new release shortly.
3. Convert (and upgrade) to the new ME image:

I was using the wrong command, but I managed to upgrade to the new version, and also converting to ME, I am just stuck on getting my Guest WiFi working, I have configured the all the SSIDs with respective VLANs but no success.

If you want help with that you'll need to be a bit more specific than "no success".
As in how is it configured and what is not working?
Have you done debugs on a client MAC?

I am trying to configure Multiple WLANs two to be exact with WLANS in two different VLANs, I have configured both the internal and guest (WLAN) SSIDs with the VLANs , But only the internal one has internet access.

Do the clients get an IP address?

No they do not

Is the vlan configured on the switches and allowed on the AP switch trunk ports?

Sorry for the late reply, Yes the switch is configure and it allows trunk ports, but the only the Guest wifi has a problem. I am not able to connect to is at all
