running 17.3.6 on C9800.

i attempt the do the above but unsuccessful.

check online Cisco Doc - 17.3.x - disable HA.

Disabling High Availability

If the controller is configured using RMI method, use the following command:

no redun-management interface vlan chassis <<<<<<<<<

i configure HA using RMI.

the CLI command (in bold) to break the HA-SSO dont exist!!!

Any idea how to break HA for 17.3.x???

thanks.

 - Try various command completion directives with the ?-mark ending subsequence of the command to find correct way of completing the command.

Madam, it all depends , in Riemann geometries the earth can be perfectly flat! The nun thanked him , he tripped and fell forward : the poor animal had forgotten that he might be living in a Riemann geometry too!

The easy method i can think of is :

1. turn off the Standby controller

2  From Active GUI administration --> device --> REdundancy --> disable.

Note: suggest taking the configuration backup, check which one is active and which standby
