Hi,

Does anyone know the reason why I cannot type any commands via console on the AP. I have tried rebooting it several times and even powered it via power only and no interface connected but still no luck.

Cannot type any commands?  You mean you get the error message "Command disabled"?

No, its like keyboard strokes do not work. No error appears that command is disabled.

What is the settings for your console?

Have you tried other computers/laptops?

Yes I have tried from 3 different laptops

Baud rate:          9600

Data bits:           8

Parity:               None

Stop bits:          1

Flow Control:     RTS/CTS
These are just the standard I have for all my Cisco Devices

Flow Control:     RTS/CTS

Flow Control must be OFF.

Changed

Flow Control:     RTS/CTS

to

Flow Control:     XON/XOFF

Now it works

Hello Janovski,

As per your query i can suggest you the following solution-

You are not able to type any commands via console on the AP so the problem is FLOW CONTROL as it must be "OFF".Please enable it.

Hope this will help you.
