This looks like it's missing a boot image, but I'm not 100% sure.

This recovery guide should work though, just make sure to use an image for the 3700 series.

First the basics, do you have a WLC?

If not, then you need to switch to the autonomous image.

Download: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/285029865/type/284180979/release/15.3.3-JPM

If you do have a WLC, but not having DNS or DHCP for capwap discovery configured, then you find here the command for static IP and also the command for static WLC assignement:

OK, now I get this message :

*Sep 16 11:08:00.691: %CAPWAP-3-DHCP_RENEW: Could not discover WLC. Either IP address is not assigned or assigned IP is wrong. Renewing DHCP IP.$ssigned or assigned IP is wrong. Renewing DHCP IP.

How can I set manually the IP address using cable console ?

We have WLC but not DHCP at the moment, manual IP set, now is managed by WLC.

Thank you
