Yes the 1140 will work with the 2504 wlc.

Have one more doubt will this wlc users can athenticate on mac address based like even if the user gives ssid password
if mac address is not added shouuld not athenticate.

You can have a whitelist if you want. So only Mac address added globally to the wlc can access the wireless.
