AIR-CT2504-50-K9 adder license failes

hi,

i have AIR-CT2504-50-K9 with installed 44 AP and working fine with 7.6.100.0 version. i have purchased 5 nos of L-LIC-CT2504-5A - 5AP Adder  license for 2504 WLAN controller  (e-delivery). while i am trying upload the license i am getting the error of 1 license failed. please help

May be its a bug.

Open a TAC case . They should be able to look at the license you have and review the license that was sent. If this is indeed wrong, they can work with the licensing team to get it fixed.

It can be an issue with the license file. I have ran into that and you would need to open a TAC case with the licensing team to help get you the correct license. Most likely how the license was generated.

The transfer though completed fine correct?
