AIR-CT5520-K9 does not work with GLC-LH-SMD=

Hi Guys, I need your help.

I have a Controller AIR-CT5520-K9 Does not work with module GLC-LH-SMD=. Two side with same GLC-LH-SMD=.

Only one port SFP used.

Please troubleshoot this problem

Wait, GLC-TE? That's not going to work. 

GLC-TE and GLC-TX are totally different.  GLC-TX (aka GLC-T) is for normal use while GLC-TE, the "E" stands for EXTREME TEMPERATURE.  This is not going to work.  

You need GLC-TX (or GLC-T).  

Read THIS.  It is specifically stated that for GLC-LH, GLC-T must be in port 1.

I use SFP-H10G-CU3M, Led 10Gb is up but the problem still come up.

Port Status is Link down.

Maybe it need TAC Case :D Thank you guys!

No, maybe someone NEEDS TO READ the responses (and LINK) I have posted.  

Nowhere in the list does it say SFP-H10G-CU3M is supported.

Upgrade the firmware.  Today could be your lucky day and you're hitting CSCvf68712 &/or CSCuw12472.
