AIR-LAP1131AG-A-K9 doesn't work with WLCM 4.2.209.0

I have quite a few wireless networks using a WLCM in 2811 routers. Almost every network has nothing but 1010 WAPs so the WLCMs can't run anything higher than 4.2.209.0. At some sites I've had to replace broken 1010s with 1131s and that's where the problem starts. I've yet to be able to get an 1131 to join a WLCM running 4.2.209.0.

Is it possible?

No problem.. wat does the logs say?/ run the below debug on the WLC and paste it here..

debug lwapp events enable

debug lwapp errors enable

debug mac addr

The problem was my DHCP pool. I had an option limiting it to the 1010 WAPs only. Once the option was removed, the 1131s worked.
