Hi,

I am looking for CISCO AIRONET 1240 autonom firmware, the latest version ( it suppose to accept WPA2 encryption ). I cannot find to download , Can someone help me with that image ?

CISCO AIRONET 1240  - this product is end of Life, so you wont be able to see any download in the software download .

You may have luck by googleing the image name if you know it.

I don't think it's available for download anymore. The Cisco 1200 series of access points is out of support from 2010:

Yes, I know is EOL, that link does not have any older firmware. I hope maybe someone can give another link or sent me the image, I search on the internet but no luck. So I need help.

Cisco software is LICENSED so we are not allowed to share the software.
As BB said if you search for the image name you need you might find it.

From release notes:
You can install the 32-Mb Cisco IOS Release 12.4(25d)JA on all 1040, 1130, 1140, 1240, 1250 and 1260
series access points. You can also install the16-Mb Cisco IOS Release 12.3(8)JEE on all 520, 1100, and
1200 series access points.
