Thanks for the reply. Honestly I dont know how to do the calsulation, but I have the spec of the antennae for the 1240and 1300. I will appreciate if you ca help calculate or give average figure.
The antennaes are..
1300-
2.4 GHz, 5.2 dBi Mast Mount Omni Ant w/RP-TNC Connector
1240-
2.4 GHz 2.2 dBi Swivel Dipole Antenna Black, RP-TNC
5 GHz 3.5 dBi Swivel Dipole Antenna Black, RP-TNC

Hi,
it depends on whether in a building or outside, the signal strengh is set and what Data-Rates you are expecting.
Average distances:
Outside, AIR-ANT4941 (Rubber Duck), 2,4 Ghz, max signal strengh (17dbm): 130 meter
Outside, AIR-ANT5135D-R (Rubber Duck), 5 Ghz, max signal strengh (17dbm): 130 meter
Outside, AIR-ANT1728, 2.4 GHz, 5.2 dBi Mast Mount Omni Ant w/RP-TNC Connector: 160 meter
For inside there is not really an average, as each building is different.
