Aironet AIR-AP1832i-B-K9 not broadcasting CiscoAirProvision SSID

Does AIR-AP1832i-B-K9 support Mobility Express features, if yes can I deploy it here in Nigeria.

Because am configuring it to function as Mobility Express but immediately I power on the AP, straight out of the box, the CiscoAirProvision SSID was not broadcasting at all

Kindly assist in order to know way forward.

Won't work.
The AP has a Regulatory Domain of "-B" and Nigeria is meant to have APs with the Regulatory Domain of "-E".

Talk to the vendor who sold you the AP and ask if you can get it replaced with the correct Regulatory Domain.
