Why WLC and AP can only be accessed by Putty, but not SecureCRT

Hi I have the issue for long time. Does anyone also have the issue? I never have access to WLC and AP by SecureCRT. When I logon to them, I can see some message, but I cannot type any commands. Later I found that Putty can work with WLC and AP. But I do not like Putty. Then I found Xshell can work well with WLC and AP. However, after some time, the Xshell has the same issue as SecureCRT. Anyone had the same issue with me? Thank you

Check the settings of the console port.

I use SecureCRT without any issues.

I have this issue over SSH to a vWLC.  Putty works fine, and I have tried almost every term type in SecureCRT.  It connects and sits at the prompt and no input is accepted.
