aironet ap-352 intel client connection problem

Need help

We have a few mobile PC with intel embedded WL cards.

We notice a problem to connect the mobile PC to the WLan , but PC with Cisco Cards are connected with no problem

Ap softwere 12.02T or 12.01T . the pc is Intel 2100 3B cards with 2100 3B driver - provider intel version 1.6.0.46 09/10/2003

On the "Express Setup Page" in the access point make sure you have "non-Aironet 802.11" checked next to the "Ensure Compatibility With:" section. If you are using Microsoft Windows XP make sure you have "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings" unchecked under the Wireless Networks tab on the Wireless Network Connection Properties. You will need to have the latest Aironet Client Utility installed on the PC to configure the client card.

Had the same problem on a Compaq tablet W/Intel card. If the OS is XP, replace the windows driver with Cisco.
