Aironet Wireless Adpater API

Does anyone can tell me if there is any API for the Aironet wireless adapter? I'm trying to get some parameters as the signal strenght from the card to be displayed in my application. I have spent some hours looking that information in this site/forums and I don't find it.

This is the card info:

Cisco Aironet 802.11 a/b/g wireless adapters

It's runining in an industrial computer with Windows XP Profesional

As such there no API.. however there is one Administrator Tool which can be used for Aite survey... Guess its called Site survey utility.
