All APs lost connectivity with 2504 and cannot reconnect

I had 5 APs on a 2504 Wireless Controller - they all lost connectivity and I cannot join them to the AP now.

At a loss for why this happened and how to fix it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks

Please check the time on WLC and make sure its correct.

Also configure NTP server IP, from where WLC can update its time.

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. WLC:  sh sysinfo
  2. WLC:  sh time
  3. AP:  sh version
  4. AP:  sh ip interface brief

 - Check the logs on the controller when the AP's try to reconnect, also boot  an AP and attach a console, post the output from the boot-process here.

You don't mention what model of AP or version of software you're working with?

Have you carefully read the field notice https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/639/fn63942.html and followed ALL the steps in the right order?
