Is it configurable to allow wifi user to user traffic on WLC 5508?

It is allowed by default. If you want to disable it, go to the WLAN advanced tab and configure P2P Blocking Action as drop.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

yes, if this option enabled then same wlan users can't access each other, generally this option is enabled on guest wlan.

We were trying to connect to Apple TV over WiFi, found out Global multicast mode should be enabled.
P2P blocking was disabled by default.
