Anchor/Mobility issue between 5520 9800L Foreign and Anchor WLCs

I've have mobility anchors between our company and other companyss who we have staff in each others buildings.

I have 5520 & 8510s which are both anchor and foreign for certain SSIDs .  External companys have 9800, so the 5520s and 8510s have teh correct lastest ICRM.

Before I go live with these new 9800 trying o test teh anchor in a lab, the anchors are up, ssid config the same.

9800 (Foreing) -> 5520 (Anchor) works fine

5520 (Foreing) -> 9800 (Anchor) doesn't work.

what version airos - ( make sure you have IRCM compatibility with AireOS - i am sure you have upgrade WLC 5K to that version - but check again).
