Android Phones not receiving apps notification on EWC 9120

Hi Team,

Trying my luck here.

I recently configured a C9120AXI as EWC and 2800 as the subordinate AP in a lab environment. I'm having a problem where android phones (tested on 2 Samsung phones) are not receiving apps notifications like Facebook, Instagram, etc. but no issues with iPhone 12. Haven't tested on lower models though.

Played around with changing some policy settings but no luck. 

Appreciate your advise.

Have you done any testing to isolate that the issues are caused by WiFi not something else?

Did you check with different Android clients?

Did you check the upstream firewall/router logs to make sure that traffic is not hitting in deny rules?

Did you check your DNS settings in the Android phone?

Did you check the phone settings to make sure that this is not disabled?

Also you are not running a Cisco TAC recommended code in you EWLC, consider downgrading them to latest 17.6.X or 17.3.X code.
