Error message received. It tries joining but don't get IP address. then send this error

First, make sure the ap is supported on the controller version you are using.  Then review the 1572 install guide for reference.  There are supplemental images you might need along with other requirements like adding the mac address to the controller.  Also search the forum for "1572 not joining controller" for answer and helpful answers.

If it's not getting an IP address then that's a DHCP problem not a controller problem.
First fix the DHCP problem, check switch port config etc.
After the AP gets an IP address then start worrying about joining the controller.  The join is done over IP so no IP = no join!
