Ap 1852i can't join WLC ( mobility Express )

Hi, 

Can anyone help me to solve this issue : 

I'm trying to add Two Aps to my WLC ( Cisco Aironet 1850 Mobility Express ) with  no sucess. 

I see the new ap on the new controller with an ip add 0.0.0.0. 

When I look at dhcp I see that aps are getting ip add.

=any idea ?

Could you check in your controller if there is available license?

I don't think that it's a lincence issue, I have only 8 access points on my controller. 

Normally mobility express supports until 50AP.

show sysinfo

I see that : Maximum number of APs supported.................. 50

But I think that I've found the issue , it's related to image version , there is a mismatch between the client and the WLC.

the TFTP server is not available to download the good image
