hello,,,

I have AP2802e-h-k9

I try to download  OS via tftp but I can not it.

I try logging to rommon but I can not also 

what method to download  OS to AP ?

Does the AP have a valid IP address?

it dosen't have IP Address but when connect to WLC it takes IP Address from dhcp server.

.

Hello @maged altwaiti ,

is the AP functioning as lightweight or standalone? If uncertain, can you connect to the console port and share the output of the following commands:

show version

show ip interface brief

The AP should already have an OS installed.  When you connect it to a WLC it will download the software update from the WLC.

Why are you trying to update it?  What software did you intend to install?  What version of software is the WLC running?

it can not joined with WLC 

ver.WLC-- 8.5.182.0

Console into the AP and reboot.

Post the entire boot-up process.

Save those boot logs in a .txt file and attach to your reply.

Note you should upgrade the WLC to 8.5.182.11 (link below)

8.3.143.0 is rather old so you might find you have to upgrade it manually:
