hi guys we access point AP AIR-CAP 1532E-E_K9   it got an IP and sending a request to controller but it doesn't joined the controller we tried to add the MAC to the MAC filter also it is in one country we did a hard reset but we weren't succeed could you provide us with any solution for this case

Have you confirmed that your WLC and the software version it is running supports your AP?

yeah the version compatibility is confirmed thanks for your response

can you paste the bootup process from AP console...!!

also provide the info:

sh sysinfo from WLC

sh version form AP

Also add the AP mac address in WLC mac filtering list. Security> AAA> AP Policies , click Add

the problem solved by Hard reset to AP it rejoins the controllers thanks guys
