Hello Experts,
I am new to wireless technology,May be its a silly question. but My manager asked me to find the solution of this.
Can we control the remote AP via WLC , whcih is located at HQ: yes or no
If yes then can you please tell me the way to configure ?

Yes you can.
Cisco has a controller design called FlexConnect (also called HREAP). Where you can deploy access points in the branch where clients will get a local branch IP address, local switching. Or you can bring all the traffic back to the controller, Central switch.

Yes you can use 2504 WLC at remote.
which wlc should you use ,It depends on the size of your entrprize.
2504 is mostly used for small enterprizes, for medium or larger you can go with 5508 series wlc.

yes 1600 series AP supports flexconnect and 1600AP need minimum 7.4.100.0 version.

Note: Please use 7.4.121.0 version instaed of 7.4.100.0 due to bugs.
