Hello there,

We plan to install AP3702 is it possible to be install as a autonomous AP. What would be the procedure to start the implementation.

Yes its possible to configure it as autonomous AP.

1. chekc if AP has lighteight image or autonomous image !!

2. if it has LAP image then convert it to autonomus mode.

Hello,

I appreciate your detail response to configure a standalone AP, while
reading the AP3702 manual it mention that the 3700 series are capable of
being configure as master AP.

The 3700 can't be used as a Master AP in a Mobility Express setup, only 18xx, 2800 and 3800 APs.

Thank you for the information I'm working still on the subject. I'm not able to ping the computer from the AP or viseversa. The ip for the computer is 10.10.10.1 for the AP is 10.10.10.102 subnet 255.255.255.0 and the gateway is 10.10.10.1 to point at the ftp and it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to achieve?
Not sure why you are trying to ping it at the moment.
