AP Convert Autonomous mode to LWAPP through Cisco upgradation tool

Hi,

I have cisco 1131 AP in Autonomous Mode and want to convert it into LWAPP through upgradation tool.

I have serched in google and cisco site, I found cisco document but not able to understand steap.

Can anybody help me to understand procedure it in simple way or through any example.

In document they have given example through wlc but I want to do it through PC ( I am connecting Access Point to PC)

Go to the Cisco website and download the "RCV" file.  

Un-pack, using the "archive download-sw" option, the IOS into the AP.  Ensure the AP boots the RCV image.  

That's it.  That simple.

Once I have tried this but not worked then done by upgrade too
