Ap disconnect map placement

Has anybody had any issues with a piece disconnecting when you place them on the map?

I placed active aps on a floor plan map. Customer has had issues with users disconnecting. I am trying to rule my mapping out as the cause.

It will have nothing to do with floor plans.

Some people have reported issues with 25.9. If you are using that firmware I would try going to 25.10.
