Hi,
I'm facing a problem that my APs can only ssh, although i enable telnet&ssh both on the WLC 3504 global configuration.I see the note says 'telnet is not supported to clickos ap'
i'm wondering two questions:
1. what is clickOS? How can i confirm if my APs use the clickOS?
2. At first, when i enable telnet&ssh on the WLC global configuration, it says like 'telnet&ssh cannot be enabled because own default credentials' , i use the command 'show ap config general XXXX' on WLC CLI, it shows ssh state disabled. But afterawhile, the ssh is enabled successfully. I don't know why?
Please help me.
WLC version: 8.10.142.0
WLC model: 3504
AP model: 1542D&1562I
Thanks all.

Any 802.11ac Wave2 APs ( x8xx series AP models for indoor & 1542 & 1562 series for outdoor ) or 802.11ax APs ( 91xx series AP) are ClickOS.
2. When you enable SSH, you have to change the default Cisco/Cisco credential. Default username cannot be used to log into AP and that intends to provide improved security.

@Rasika Nayanajithhas already answered your questions - I was just going to add that you'll also see clickOS referred to as COS in some documentation. It's the AP operating system which replaced IOS.
