I don't see that AP is getting an IP address in the boot process. Can you verify that DHCP is working fine? Or you can try a static IP.

10-16-2018 02:02 PM
Did you add the mac address at Security>AAA>AP Policies ?
10-16-2018 02:38 PM
Already Added MAC addresses, to MAC filtering and under AAA policies MIC is enable, issue remains.

Hello!
Are these APs trying to join to the WLC for the first time, or have they joined previously at any point?
Do your APs usually autodiscover the WLC or do you manually configure the primary controller, etc.?
Are they being added to an existing mesh configuration or net new? Have they already been set up with config of some kind?
Could you provide a simple logical diagram of how the APs are connecting or how the network is arranged in regards to the APs?
Regards,
CoolBreeze
10-16-2018 02:15 PM
Is this AP trying to connect as a mesh AP? Please turn on the radios at the global level of WLC. It seems radios are turned off according to output posted. Also make sure there are root mesh APs around to connect.
Other things to check.
10-16-2018 02:54 PM
Time Checked, License count checked 1500 only using two AP for now.
10-16-2018 02:28 PM
10-16-2018 02:51 PM
WLC was previously working with same FW version, I defaulted WLC for demonstration purposes now AP's are not able to join.
