As Marce says we need more info - what is the exact model of AP and when was it manufactured?
Take a close look at the field notices below - one or more of them might apply to your WLC/AP - and it's quite likely that you'll need to update the WLC software version to resolve the issue.
Not to be rude, but you really didn't provide any information that can help. Since you only posted the controller info, you might just want to begin troubleshooting using this guide. This way you can provide additional information if you can't get the ap to join.
