Hi All,

My AP 2802i, running on software version 8.3.112.0 experience auto reboot scenario. Not that into debug command, what i getting was "disassociated previously due to AP Reset" , most frequent reason was Capwap discovery request an controller reboot command.

The only message i getting was ton of rouge AP detected, and interference profiled failed.

I am asking is there any debug command on either WLC and AP on this, maybe can share so i can get more previous info for further troubleshooting?

Thanks

Noel

Is the AP in the list?

Also 8.3.112.0 is a very old release of 8.3 which is now end of life anyway:

If you need to stay on 8.3 because of older AP models then you should be using 8.3.150.0

Otherwise you should move to a supported version of code with numerous bug fixes since that old release:

Hi Guys,

Appreciate all feedbacks! leo the mvp: nothing found on the AP crash file, and also WLC is 2504, EOL, so firmware update may sound good option, but what is troot cause of it, can't just blindly patch and with no debug action?

Read the Release Notes.  There are plenty of bug fixes for (silent) crashing APs.  Pick one.
