I have a remote office where this REAP is deployed. My clients regularly have problems getting connectivity through this REAP. I have to reset it through the WLAN controller for connectivity to be restored. When the problem occurs, I frequently see "WEP key may be wrong" error messages in the controller log. The WEP key however, is unchanged. After a AP reset, the client can connect again. Anyone have any ideas? I have a TAC case open, but they say this is a bug to be fixed at a later date.

* From client UI, Wireless->Bridging screen: Check "Enable Zero
Touch Configuration"
* From client UI, Security->Mac Filtering : Add a new MAC filter
with AP MAC address.
* From CLI "config network allow-old-bridge-aps enable"
This will allow the APs to join. Once they join please do the following
steps:
* From clientUI Wireless->Cisco Aps->Detail :
* Check if the AP is "REAP mode supported" -- This should be YES for
indoor bridging APs.
* Check the AP mode. If it says "Bridge", then change it back to
"local". This should change the Bridge AP to normal AP.
If above steps does not work, then I suspect that the flash
configuration on the AP is incorrect.

Thanks but I don't have the config options you refer to. The AP has always been in REAP mode, and provides connectivity to clients. However, after some time they lose it. This corresponds to the WEP error message in the logs. When the REAP is reset, they are able to connect as usual.
