802.11b/g/n Radios is up but 8021.11a/n/ac radio is down. 802.11a netowrk status is already enabled. Not too sure what may most likely be causing it to down?
Below is the output of "show sysinfo" from the controller and "show version" from the AP
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks Cathy

Configured Country............................... AU - Australia
WLC is configured for Australia (-N for AP1042).
Product/Model Number : AIR-AP1042N-A-K9
AP Regulatory Domain is for USA (-A).
This is the reason why your AP's 802.11a radio is permanently disabled. Unfortunately, the Wireless LAN Compliance Status (06 October 2014) doesn't list old-model APs. And this doesn't help anyone.
You may need to contact your vendor and ask them politely if it's possible for you to replace your AP with the ones with the correct Regulatory Domain.
