AP1200 ISO Upgrade

I was thinking about upgrading our seven AP1200s to the ISO software. Is there a real compelling reason to do so? I've read a lot of problems doing so in this forum and would like to know the benefits. I'm very new to Cisco products and would like to do the right thing and not rush into something horrible.
