Could you please explain why my AP 1230 is getting 2 IPs from DHCP server.

after show ip aliases, I see:

Address Type IP Address Port

Interface 172.16.43.45

Interface 172.16.39.98

Could not understand why? what is BVI1 and how it differs from the Ethernet0 ?

Thank you!

Post a show run, please.

An ap has two interfaces, an E0 and a dot11radio. Under normal circumstances, the management IP address for the AP is assigned to a virtual interface, the Bridge Virtual Interface (BVI).

I'm not sure what you did t o the config, but I'd say default it and start over if you can't figure it out.
