AP350 working as a bridge ..is this possible

Can anyone tell me if i can use a AP350 (captive antennas) as a bridge ???

i tried upgrading firmware but still just works as AP....

No, APxxx only works as a access point. Cisco/Aironet has a specific equipment to work as a bridge (BR340 and BR350).

3Com made an interesting announcement about a new Bridge product that would talk to any 802.11b-compliant AP as if the AP were a bridge. It hasn't shipped yet, and the distance is limited to 2km, but it's an interesting proposition.

Unless Cisco is going to release WDS code? Anyone?
