Hi All,

I am new to cisco wireless. at one of my client sites i am facing an issue with their WLC when apple(iphone) users try to connect to wireless network. They use 2 SSIDs .WiFi@PA and Guest@PA. The problem is is that iphones connecting fine to WiFi@PA SSID but not Guest@PA. i checked the settings on both SSID configs and looks to me the same. I have attached the config file of WLC. Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Regards,

Marlon.

We have same issue

Solution - disconnect from both networks (delete config) on Iphone, disable wireless module, wautt, enable wireless - connect to Guest network. Then you wish to switch network - repeat procedure.

Please check if "Fast SSID change" is set to "Enabled" on the WLC at "Controller - General" setup. If not, enable it and then disconnect and reconnect again.

Regards,

Chris

HI Marlon,

1. Try to enable FAST-SSID CHANGE on WLC.

2. Use either WPA2/AES or WPA/TkiP
