Associate 350 Bridge with 1242 acting as Bridge

Is it possible for a 350 Bridge configured as a non root bridge to associate with a Cisco 1242 acting as a root bridge?

FYI.. 350 ans 340 series are EOS/ EOL

is 350 running VXvorks or IOS?? I guess we can, hvnt tried though.. if it runs..  then 350 bridges works on 11 mbps...b radio...so for it to work with 1240...1240  needs to set basic rate to 11 mbps that is b radio..
