Attendant Console called device shows ringing after call ended.

I have CallManager 4.0(4) installed with the version of Attendant Console that comes with it.

Everything works fine except when we do a cunsultative transfer to an IP Phone, if the user does not pick up the phone and we end call, the display on the Attendant Console still shows the IP Phone in a ringing state.

Any ideas?

I've not seen this myself but I'd be tempted to upgrade to the latest SR....
